By submitting content to CitizenSpotlight, you represent that you have the right to share that content. You retain ownership of your content but grant CitizenSpotlight a license to display, distribute, and analyze it within the platform.

4. Trust Tiers

Content trust tiers are assigned based on automated and manual verification processes. CitizenSpotlight does not guarantee the accuracy of any submitted content. Trust tiers reflect the level of verification completed, not absolute truth.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not submit fabricated content, harass other users, attempt to manipulate trust scores, or use the platform for illegal activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

CitizenSpotlight is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on content submitted by other users.
