Our Commitment

  • We never disclose source identities without explicit consent
  • Anonymous tips are stored with no sender metadata
  • All communications are encrypted in transit
  • We comply with journalist shield laws where applicable
  • Source information is segregated from editorial content

How It Works

When you submit a tip marked as anonymous, the following protections apply:

  1. Your user ID is stripped from the tip record
  2. No IP addresses or device fingerprints are stored
  3. The recipient journalist sees only the message content
  4. Tips cannot be traced back to your account
